Small: 5-5.50ou protein, 1 cup carbohydrate, 1 cup vegetable 

Medium: 6-7ou protein, 1.5-2 cups carbohydrate, 1.50 cups vegetable

Large: 8-8.5ou protein, 2-2.5 cups carbohydrate, 2 cups vegetable

*Extra protein: $1 per ounce.
