Small: 3.50-4.25ou protein, 1-1.25 cup vegetable 

Medium: 4.50- 5.50ou protein, 1.25 - 1.50 cup vegetable

Large: 6-7ou protein, 1.5-1.75 cup vegetable

*Extra protein: $1 per ounce.
